By accessing or using Shhhade, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Shhhade provides messaging, communication, media sharing, and related services. Features may change, be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and satisfy the minimum age requirements applicable in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.
You agree not to use Shhhade for:
Users may report abuse, harassment, illegal content, impersonation, or security concerns through designated support channels. Shhhade may investigate reports and take action including warnings, content restrictions, suspension, or termination.
Supported communications are protected using end-to-end encryption. Shhhade generally does not possess the encryption keys required to decrypt message content and cannot guarantee recovery of encrypted content.
You retain ownership of content you send through the Service. You grant Shhhade a limited license necessary to operate, transmit, store, and deliver such content as required for providing the Service.
Shhhade is not obligated to monitor user activity or communications. However, we reserve the right to investigate misuse, abuse reports, or legal violations where permitted by law.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service at our sole discretion for violations of these Terms, security concerns, abuse reports, legal obligations, or operational reasons.
The Service may interact with third-party infrastructure, cloud providers, app stores, payment processors, or other service providers. We are not responsible for third-party services or their actions.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHHHADE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHHHADE, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION:
IN NO EVENT SHALL SHHHADE'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF USD $100 OR THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO SHHHADE DURING THE PRECEDING TWELVE MONTHS.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Shhhade and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, losses, fines, penalties, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
You agree to comply with all applicable platform requirements, including Apple App Store Review Guidelines and Google Play policies. Shhhade does not authorize use of the Service for prohibited conduct, unlawful communications, or harmful activities.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction selected by Shhhade, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
